Privacy Policy

The Wall Street Report · Last updated: 04/26/2026

This Privacy Policy explains how The Wall Street Report ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit thewallstreetreport.com (the "Site") or subscribe to our email newsletter (the "Newsletter").

By using the Site or subscribing, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Your email address when you subscribe.
  • Anything you send us when you contact us (for example, your name and the content of your message).

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit.
  • Email engagement data: whether you open our emails and which links you click. We collect this using tracking pixels and tagged links, which is standard for email newsletters.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 5.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we never ask for payment or financial account details.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Send you the Newsletter, twice daily, before the market open and after the close.
  • Run, maintain and improve the Site and the Newsletter.
  • Measure readership and engagement, and keep our list healthy (for example, removing inactive or invalid addresses).
  • Include sponsored content and advertising in the Newsletter, and report aggregate performance to sponsors.
  • Respond to your messages and requests.
  • Prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

3. Email marketing

We only send the Newsletter to people who sign up for it, and we follow the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Every email clearly identifies The Wall Street Report, labels sponsored content, and includes a working unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly, and always within 10 business days.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your email address or rent our subscriber list.

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the Site and Newsletter, such as our email delivery platform, landing page provider, hosting and analytics providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • Advertising and sponsorship partners, who receive only aggregated or de-identified data (for example, total clicks on an ad). We do not give them your email address.
  • Legal and safety reasons, where required by law, court order or to protect our rights, users or others.
  • Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. You will be told if your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to make it work, to remember your preferences, and to understand how visitors use it. Some are set by third parties such as analytics or advertising providers.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting; because there is no common industry standard for it, the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

You can limit email tracking by disabling images in your email client.

6. Unsubscribing

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you will be removed from the Newsletter promptly. You can also email us at info@thewallstreetreport.com.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep your email address and engagement data while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we may keep your address on a suppression list so we do not email you again, and keep limited records where needed for legal, accounting or security reasons. Other data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Where your information is stored

The Wall Street Report is a U.S. business. Your information is stored and processed in the United States by us and our service providers. If you visit the Site or subscribe from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Your rights

Depending on the state you live in, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information.
  • Receive your information in a portable format.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and of targeted advertising.
  • Appeal our decision if we decline your request.

California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

You may also use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@thewallstreetreport.com. Before acting on a request, we may ask for details to confirm it came from you.

11. Children

The Site and Newsletter are intended for adults aged 18 and over. In line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has subscribed, contact us and we will delete their information.

12. Third-party links

The Newsletter and Site link to third-party websites, including news sources and sponsors. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.

13. Not financial advice

The Wall Street Report provides general market information and commentary only. Nothing we publish is personalized investment, financial, legal or tax advice.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be posted on the Site or sent by email.
